A few useful answers

A Service listing describes one treatment or offering, rather than one appointment. An Event listing describes one Event or a recurring series. Your allowance is the number of listings that can be active at the same time. When a listing finishes or is no longer active, its space becomes available to reuse.

No. Events & Classes, Services & Appointments and Complete Booking include a Full Practitioner Profile while your plan is active. Event Starter includes it for its three-month period.

Add your Zen booking URL to a button or link on your website. Clients click through to Zen to complete their booking and payment. This does not require replacing your existing website.

Extra Event and Service spaces cost £2 per month or £20 per year. They are available only with an active main plan that already includes the matching listing type. Contact us to add one so eligibility and the correct membership term can be checked.

No. The package allowance describes the number of listings, not the number of customers. Capacity for each Event date is managed separately; recurring-date capacity remains subject to technical testing.

The prices shown are the full standard prices. Introductory discounts and any free trial will be announced once their billing behaviour has been tested.
