Yoga in Teversal Village Hall – A Mindful Start to Your Wellness Wednesday
Begin your Wednesday with calm, clarity, and movement through our Morning Zen Yoga class in Teversal. This 9:30am session at Teversal Village Hall is a weekly invitation to breathe deeply, stretch gently, and connect inwardly — a perfect way to ease into your day with intention.
Designed for all experience levels, this gentle yoga class blends mindful postures, breath awareness, and stillness. Often described as a slow flow yoga or soothing yoga session, it supports both physical mobility and emotional wellbeing. If you’re seeking a mindful movement class that nourishes your body and clears your mind, this is for you.
Led by Neil Perry-Timson of The Zen Rooms, each class honours the principles of Zen Yoga: moving slowly, feeling deeply, and finding stillness through presence. Whether you’re looking for an early yoga in Nottinghamshire or a more meditative approach, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
