This calming session blends the harmonic tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drone flutes, and the RAV Vast drum to gently guide you into a meditative, restful state. Neil incorporates sound, light, and colour to create a rich, multisensory journey that encourages emotional release, energetic balance, and a deep return to inner stillness.
A Sound Bath gently guides the mind from active beta brainwaves into more meditative theta states, making it especially helpful for those who struggle to switch off or find traditional meditation challenging. The soothing frequencies create a safe, spacious environment where suppressed emotions can gently rise and release, allowing the body to unwind and the nervous system to reset.
This process can support restful sleep, emotional healing, and a deeper connection to your inner journey, making each session a valuable step on the path to balance and wellbeing.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and cushion for your comfort. I provide 12 yoga mattresses, so don’t worry if you forget yours — you’re welcome to use one of mine.
