Each sound bath blends the gentle vibrations of Gongs, Singing Bowls,  Native American flutes, Shamanic Drums, the RAV Vast drum, chakra tuning forks, and Solfeggio frequencies. I offer sound baths across the UK, holding space in calming venues that encourage peace, stillness, and inner reflection. Whether you’re brand new to sound therapy or have attended before, each session invites you to pause, breathe deeply, and receive the healing energy of sound.

In addition to group sessions, you can book a one-to-one sound healing session for more personal support.
